1. 會議記錄加入每次期刊會報討論內容

2. 安排病患時間：下午請盡量從一點半開始安排病人前來治療

3. 請同仁提出98年度採購預算(35萬元內)

1.王主任表示：日後請事假、休假時，請附上要轉給職務代理人協助治療的個案名單、病歷號。
2.日後期刊報告的方式及頻率：一人報告、另一人負責評論，書面報告內容約一頁半，兩週報告一次，若遇到科內有重大事項需討論，將順延。
3.關於早療評鑑的建議指出科內缺乏品管方面的詳細制度，指的是缺乏品管執行成效的評分方式、標準，並建議不要再使用CCDI，建議改進的方案為：
1)定時計算排程的效率、完成率
2)向PT廖老師商借他們參考CCDI所發展的新量表來瞭解、參考
3)可討論是否可多加入"氣質量表"
4.公共行政業務負責人的變動：
1)感控、病人安全相關事項、緊急通報系統這三項業務彼此有相關，可整合給同一人負責--由怡妙負責
2)健保抽查--目前由香君直接找被抽查治療師補齊資料，故不需一名負責人。
3)學生辦公室(包含櫃子鑰匙、電腦的管理）--孟真(雅惠)負責
4)會議記錄--筱琦負責
5.請小兒同仁購買兩個鞋櫃，改善教室門口鞋子收納的問題。

1.因借閱病歷的工作王主任希望能固定人選，不採輪流制度，加上公共行政業務的工作許久沒有調整，故建議各位同仁先整理出各個所負責的公共行政業務，於下週討論、調整分配。
2.早療業務評鑑結果有提到：關於品管的部分規劃設計不詳盡。由於當時繳交給評鑑人員的是OT的工作手冊，故工作手冊是否需重新修改、補充品管的部分？
結論：先請小兒同仁自行討論，下週再向各位同仁報告
3.若於科會有臨時動議需討論，可先E-mail告知林主任。

1.新人訓練計畫討論：
小兒--部分的考核標準仍不夠具體，再修改
成人--最後階段的考核標準再修改
2.近日辦公室開始出現蟑螂，請各位同仁保持清潔，決議將放置蟑螂藥、將垃圾桶移至走廊，值日生每日檢查
桌上是否有遺留的食物。
3.小兒、成人收案年齡的分界為12歲，故近日大於12歲的個案由富美整理名單，交給怡君做排程。
4.本週六有本科舉辦的科遊，有報名者記得參加。
5.辦公室洗手台因換水管會有困難，所以請各位同仁避免掉落食物茶葉殘渣進水管，或可以考慮買濾網加蓋於排水孔上方。
6.關於小兒研究計畫--持續進行中
成人研究計畫--ADL組:問卷仍在修改中
Hand function組：目前的方向為bil. arm training

1.科會時間，改至星期一中午12:20~1:00，下週開始實行。
2.最近發生兩則臨床異常狀況：1>病人在非治療時間於治療室中跌倒
2>另一名病人於治療期間，治療師拿沙包(看護家屬在旁)，突然無預警跌倒，當時以臨床警訊處理。
結論：盡量病人於治療時間結束後離開治療室。
3.關於新人訓練計畫有無需檢討修改處：
小兒-- 第一階段有一些評估工具較少有機會使用到，是否需修改？
結論：可以找適合的個案來讓新人練習。
第四階段的考核標準，請富美和小菁共擬，於下週科會彙整。
成人--可補充每個階段的考核標準，請彬心和怡萱共擬前四個階段，怡妙和怡君共擬後四個階段。
並由怡君擔任孟真新人訓練的指導者。

1.請怡萱大致將白皮書修改，下週科會討論。
2.因早上治療時間會和科會時間衝突，故日後可能需調整科會時間，參考方案有：1)提早開會，會議開至8:30
2)分兩次會議時間 3)利用中午時間
請各位同仁討論或思考是否有其他方案，下週科會決定。

2.8月1日因院長交接，故科會暫停一次。

Special Issue on
Autism: The International Journal of
Research and Practice

(Publication in Volume 12, 2008)
The journal is pleased to announce a Call for Papers for its special issue on “Early detection of autism
spectrum disorders”. The journal invites high-quality manuscripts that explore empirical or practical issues
related to the early detection and diagnosis of children with autism spectrum disorders.

Purpose and scope
This special issue of Autism is devoted to the various issues related to early detection and diagnosis of autism
spectrum disorders (ASD). This topic is identified as a priority due to the potential impacts on children,
their families and the broader community.
Possible topics might include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Early behavioural and biological markers of ASD
• Early development in populations at increased risk of ASD (including infant siblings)
• Evaluation of ASD screening strategies
• Differential diagnosis of ASD in infants and toddlers
• Differences in symptom profiles related to age of diagnosis
• ASD-specific assessment measures for infants and toddlers
• Interventions for infants and toddlers
• Experiences of families related to early detection/diagnosis.
• Ethical and health policy issues
• Early detection of ASD in ethnic and cultural minorities
International studies involving collaborative approaches are particularly welcomed.
Submission guidelines:
Please submit your electronic proposal (max 1 page) by August 15, 2007 to the guest editor (lonnie.
zwaigenbaum@capitalhealth.ca) who will advise on the suitability of the paper for the Special Issue. Proposals
must clearly state the paper’s objectives, issues, methods, and potential application of results. A short list of
references is required. Authors whose submissions are accepted will be requested to submit a full paper to
the guest editor by November 15, 2007 for blind, independent peer-review.
Deadline for the submission of proposal is August 15th, 2007.
Deadline for submission of full paper is November 15th, 2007.
